I absolutely love hosting parties. The planning, the games, decorating and the FOOD! That’s the best part right? And what could be better than an easy Homemade Gluten Free Ranch Chex Mix? I made this for a Fall Pumpkin Painting party I hosted and it was a hit. Even my husband who is not a big Chex Mix fan enjoyed it so I’m hoping you do as well.
Ingredients
- 1 Stick Unsalted Butter
- 1 Packet Ranch Dressing Mix
- 2 TBSP Brown Sugar
- 1 1/2 TBSP Worcestershire Sauce
- 4 Cups Gluten Free Corn Chex
- 2 Cups Gluten Free Cheddar Crackers
How To Make Homemade Gluten Free Ranch Chex Mix Recipe
- Preheat oven to 225°F. Line a 13 x 18-inch sheet pan with parchment paper (or two 9 x 13-inch sheet pans); set aside.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together melted butter, ranch dressing mix, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce. Set aside.
- In an extra large bowl, combine Corn Chex, gluten-free pretzels and gluten free cheddar crackers. Pour butter mixture on top of Chex Mix mixture and toss to coat well.
- Spread in an even layer on prepared cookie sheet and bake for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes.
- Let cool and serve or store in an airtight container for up to a week.
